What is this?

This item is a reward for existing customers who recommend our tea subscription club to new tea friends and help grow our tea community!

How it works:

  1. Recommend a new tea friend subscribe to our tea club by sending them an email - Click here to receive the recommendation link 

  2. When they subscribe to the tea club, you will automatically receive a coupon that will give you a free pick from the mystery box!

  3. Put this mystery box item in your cart and use your code before checkout, and the cost will go to zero. (Shipping is not included)

  4. Recommend as many new tea friends as you wish for more mystery box picks!


What’s in the box?

We’ve put a mix of tea pets, tea equipment, and teas from across the website into a literal mystery box, varying in value from $10 to $25 into the mystery box!

Our warehouse team will pick an item randomly and put it with the rest of your order.


FAQ:

Can I buy it without the code?

Yes, you can, but be aware the value of the item may be less than you paid for it. This item is not meant to be purchased straight up, but we need it as an item on the site so people can redeem their coupons from recommending new subscribers.

Does my friend have to subscribe to the tea club, or just buy a one-time purchase of the combo box?

Only new subscriptions count for mystery box coupons. Basically, we’re taking the profit we would have made from the first box and giving it to you for recommending new friends, and then trusting our tea quality will be good enough to keep them in the club going forward! 

Can I have my mystery box item added to my next subscription shipment?

Yes! Email teafriendsupport@jessesteahouse.com with your code and subscription info, and they can add it to your next subscription order.

Can I do this in the EU/UK Shops?

For now, this coupon is only able to be redeemed from our USA warehouse. However, if people wind up liking and using the coupons, then we will expand it to our EU and UK warehouses.
