I update this page frequently, so come back for the latest information!
Due to shipping delays from the pandemic, tea tables, fall teas, and tea samplers ordered after 10/17 will be delivered when the next shipment arrives.
We aim to fill all orders placed before 12/12 by Christmas.
I apologize for the delays and thank you for your support!
The next shipment of teas and tea tables should be arriving to the US in late November. They'll be in my warehouse by mid-December. I’m aiming to fulfill all orders by Christmas. Delays from the pandemic and holiday rush are making shipping very unstable. I am doing everything in my power to get everyone their orders on time.
Once you make an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you haven't, check your spam and double check the email you used at checkout doesn't have any typos.
You will also receive a second confirmation email when the package goes in the mail. For orders that are in stock, that is usually within 2 business days.
If you haven’t received this second email, your order isn’t lost or anything – it just means I haven’t mailed it yet!
Not necessarily! The shipping companies do strange things for mysterious reasons. Usually as long as the package is in the system without an error message, there is no issue. It just might be taking longer than usual because of COVID-era shipping issues.
Of course, you can always call the shipping company and ask for details. Unfortunately, I don’t have any control over the shipping procedures.
Join the Discord server! It’s a big chat room where you can chat tea as well as other things. I also occasionally hold Discord-only tea sessions with people on there, so it’s a good place to be.

Yes, all the teas currently on the site have some amount of caffeine. How much caffeine depends a lot on how you brew the tea and how much you drink. If you are sensitive to caffeine, I recommend not drinking the teas too late in the afternoon or evening so as not to upset your sleep.
I am looking into flower and herbal teas in the future so keep your eyes on caffeine-free options!
I always suggest people try several different types of tea to see what sort of flavors you like! My Gongfu Tea Sampler has four different types of tea that all have very different flavors and is a good starting point.
If you’re looking for the best value while also getting variety, check out one of the Team Jenk or Team Clyde combo boxes. Ounce per ounce, they are the best deal on the site.
Not at all! Even in China, there are many different tea-making methods. Gongfu tea, the method I often use with the tea table, is just one. You can make all my teas with nothing more than a teapot, or even by simply throwing the leaves in the cup.
That being said, I personally find great value in the process of making tea with purpose. I find having a tea set out and ready inspires me to slow down and take a moment to enjoy my tea-making experience. I have full tea table starter sets on the site if you want to try it yourself!
I love Jenk too! Unfortunately I have not been able to find a supplier with Jenks yet. The moment I do he will be here for everyone else too!
