With a little practice, this technique of making tea in a lidded cup and filtering into a pitcher not only greatly improves the quality of the tea experience, but also can be a surprisingly relaxing and meditative hobby.

What's In The Case?

This set includes everything you need to make gongfu tea, including:

1) Tea Tray

Gongfu-style tea tray with slats that collects water and tea underneath for easy cleaning and disposal. It holds your tea equipment and gives your tea pets a place to live!

Clean and stylish, the top is made of sustainable bamboo; the bottom is made of white plastic.

2) Full 15-Piece Tea Set - A complete white ceramic tea set including:

1 Gaiwan (lidded cup) for brewing tea, gaiwan lid, and gaiwan saucer;

1 Ceramic filter with metal mesh, and ceramic filter-holder;

6 Tea cups, for serving many guests or for extras if you drop one!

1 Glass pitcher for holding the brewed tea;

1 Tea towel;

1 Set of wooden tongs.

The gaiwan is 120 ml in size, which is perfect for brewing for 1-4 people.

Tea pets are part of the Gongfu Tea tradition! They are small clay animals that live on the tea table and bring luck and auspiciousness. You "raise" your tea pets by pouring tea on them over the months and years.

Purchased this for my SO as a Christmas present and he loved it and the tea set it came with

The tea set was chipped in transport and I have tried without success to report this to you. It was a Christmas gift for our son and is disappointing that your customer service is so poor. This is my 3rd attempt to let you know.

The tea is very high quality and brews well (I brewed a little over a litre for the black jasmine) and the set is lovely. The foam of the carrying case is quite firm and the tea bowls would only be half full if you used all 6 with the gaiwan, but that's fine. I do wish the linked video was something other than tiktok and had a little more about actually setting stuff up and explaining what was in the carrying case as I had to use Google lens to get a translation for some of the things.

Overall, very good set and very good tea, but maybe don't have the QR code go to tiktok.

The set is really high quality and very well packaged. The tea is delicious but the whole tiny cup routine is a bit too much for me. Moving to a teapot next. :-)

Love it especially the carrying case. Just started my tea journey with my kids and so far its been awesome. They love sharing the tea with their new friends Noel the deer pet and Bubs the ox.
