- 11/21/25 -

US - All US teas are ready to launch, and the ox pets and cups arrived in our warehouse on 11/21/25. They will be shipped as soon as they are onboarded, probably early next week. You won’t be charged until they are ready!

CA - The Canada shipment has arrived and cleared customs, and has reached our warehouse in Vancouver! We will be filling orders early next week. You won’t be charged until they are ready!

EU - All the teas, pets, and cups have cleared customs and have arrived at our warehouse. We should be filling orders early next week. You won’t be charged until they are ready!

UK - All the teas, pets, and cups have arrived in the UK and are clearing customs. We got pre-approval from UK Customs for all items, so we hope it will clear soon, but we have learned to not predict when or how UK customs will operate.😭If all goes well, they should be there soon!
