US - Teas only subscriptions launching Nov. 1, cups and pets mid-November (estimated)

CA - All teas, pets, and cups launching mid-November (estimated)

EU - All teas, pets, and cups launching mid-November (estimated)

GB - All teas, pets, and cups launching mid/late November (estimated)

 

The Latest Updates:

 -10/30/25 -

US - All US teas are ready to launch, but the cups and pets were delayed 3 weeks by Typhoon Regassa. They are scheduled to arrive at Newark port Nov 1 and then need to clear customs and get to the warehouse. You won’t be charged until they are ready!

CA - The whole Canada shipment was delayed 3 weeks by Typhoon Regassa. They are scheduled to arrive at the port Nov 1 in Vancouver and then need to clear customs and get to the warehouse. You won’t be charged until they are ready!

EU -  All the teas, pets, and cups are in the Netherlands already going through customs. We got all the forms pre-approved before sending the shipment so this should not take long, then we just need to ship them from customs to our warehouse. You won’t be charged until they are ready!

GB - We are waiting on final pre-approval for the paperwork and have all the goods ready to air ship to the UK. From approval to customs clearance (if all goes well) should take a bit over a week, then they need to get to the UK warehouse. You won’t be charged until they are ready!
