Customer Support hours are Monday–Friday, 8AM–4PM EST.

Shipping Times

Shipping times shown at checkout do not include processing time. Processing time varies by region and may be longer during busy periods such as holidays and Tea Box Subscription launches. Orders ship Monday–Friday.

Shipping Insurance

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, we no longer control handling. We strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout.

Shipping insurance covers loss, damage, or theft and provides a free replacement or refund if issues occur.

Order Issues & Timeframes

Lost Packages
US: File a claim no sooner than 7 days after last tracking update.
International (incl. Canada): 20–60 days after delivery date.

Orders Stuck in Customs
Shipping insurance does not cover customs delays. Please contact your local customs office.

Stolen Packages
US: File claim 7–30 days after delivery.
International: 20–60 days after delivery.

Returned Packages
Undamaged returns may be resent for shipping cost only. Refunds within 90 days exclude shipping. After 90 days, store credit is issued.

Damaged Orders
File a claim within 30 days and include clear photos.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address. Incorrect addresses are not covered. Address changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.

Please note: Orders ship from the Netherlands. Orders outside the EU are considered international and may incur customs or import taxes payable by the customer.
